If you know what you want, discuss it with us - free of charge - and we will prepare an estimate of the work and the costs involved for your approval.

Design to Budget:
If you know what your budget is but don't know what you can get for it, talk it over with us - it's free - and we'll prepare a proposal for the best plan consistent with your budget and needs.

Design to an Idea:
Perhaps you need to discuss with a professional what the Internet can do for you. Perhaps you've thought of a product or service that you'd like to offer over the Internet. We'll help you understand the potential and the requirements for your business or your idea. Maybe we'll recommend an approach you haven't thought of or we might even discourage you, but in any case asking us is free.

Service Rates:

• New customer rate is $85.00 per hour with a 4-hour response time.
• Emergency service rates are $125.00 per hour with a 2-hour response time.
• Onsite emergency service after 5pm and all weekends are billed at $175.00 per hour.
• One hour minimum charge followed by 1/2 hour increments.

30 Day Free Return Visit Guarantee:
If the same problem reoccurs or the issue is not resolved with 100% satisfaction, a return visit within 30 days of the original visit is always at no charge.
